The Long Gray Line Society will be domiciled on the top floor and roof of The Bend in Highland Falls, New York. Through dual membership in the Royal Canadian Military Institute (RCMI), Long Gray Line Society members have access to a vast reciprocal club network as well as the RCMI located at 426 University Avenue, Toronto, Canada.

An Association of Graduates of West Point was organized on 22 May 1869 to promote social and fraternal communion (NY Times, 22 May 1869, Page 6). 155 years later The Long Gray Line Society was formed to promote social and fraternal communion not only for Graduates of West Point, but with others that are committed to placing the welfare of society and its members above the self-interest of its members.
The Society is committed across generations to help build a better world where peace, freedom, responsibility, justice, humanity, and morality prevail. Our values are general and aspirational rather than specific and prescriptive. The Society's application of its principles and values to the development of specific standards of conduct and activities will be applied relevant to local or regional customs, beliefs, and laws.
